Parallettes

Parallettes are incredible tool for building upper body and core strength.

Parallettes have their roots in gymnastic training (re-creating the feel of the parallel bars), but the type of dynamic bodyweight exercises they enable can benefit all strength athletes, no matter their sport of choice.

The Again Faster Parallettes can support any weight and won’t shift under pressure—no matter how hard you train.
